Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policy & Process:
- If you would like to make an exchange of any kind to Birchelle Appparel, please contact Shelby@BirchelleApparel.com. This is to ensure we still have the items you would like in exchange in stock and can be placed on hold for you.
- Please return your unworn items, as well as a note containing your name, original order number, reason for exchange and what you would like in exchange to:
- P.O Box 47 Nottingham NH 03290
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of a return. However, Birchelle Apparel will cover the cost of shipping for the item being sent in exchange.
- Please note that returned items must be UNWORN, and UNWASHED.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and 5-7 business days for your exchanged item to be processed and shipped to you.
- If you would like to return a product, you can receive a store credit in exchange. Please email Shelby@BirchelleApparel.com with this request.
Store Credit Policy & Process:
- If you would like to receive store credit in exchange for a product, please mail back your item to our address: P.O Box 47 Nottingham NH 03290 with a note containing your name, order number, reason of return and that you would like to receive a store credit.
- When using a store credit code, enter the code in the “Gift Card and Discount Code” field upon checkout.
Problems with your order:
- If you have received any products with damage or defects to your items, we will gladly replace them. In such cases, please email Shelby@BirchelleApparel.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Please include a photo of the damages/defects in your product in your email.
- We are not responsible for damages or defects caused by shipping and handling or incorrect sizing.
